His career in the State administration brought him to hold positions of responsibility in the fields of competitiveness and business development policy (head of the competitiveness, innovation and business development department at the Ministry of the Economy, head of the competition sector at the General Secretariat for European Affairs), energy policy (head of the electricity department at the Ministry of the Economy) and environmental protection (deputy director-general of the Nuclear Safety Authority, head of the regional industrial environment department of Alsace). He was a member of the office of Christine Lagarde, Minister of the Economy. He has been Director General of the ANCV since June 2020.
