The National Agency for Holiday Vouchers is a public institution whose mission is to promote access to holiday. The ANCV's social action is fully financed by surpluses generated by managing the deployment of holiday vouchers. This inclusive economic model is unique to this organisation.
The Holiday voucher has now become an essential aspect of the tourism social policy as it fosters the departure on holiday of the French with modest incomes. It is also a powerful economic leverage, which contributes to the development of tourist activities in France, especially in rural areas. The Holiday voucher is managed by the National Agency for Holiday vouchers (ANCV), which technically ensures the system's emission, refund, marketing and development.
It is a commercial and industrial publicly-owned establishment. Its Board of Adminsitrators is composed of 23 members divided into 5 Colleges: trade union organisations, employers and distributors of holiday vouchers, service providers, qualified personalities and the staff representatives' College.
