Policy of coordination as regards the development of social tourism - Allowance of subsidies for land acquisition, construction, interior installation, the equipment and the large maintenance of the buildings intended for social tourism, as well as the promotion and the animation of social tourist centres in the area of Brussels. More largely, the COCOF develops tourism policies in the Brussels area: recognition and control of accommodation places, of the travel and accompaniment agencies for initiatives likely to promote tourism in Brussels (thematic guided tours).
