The Executive Committee of the International Social Tourism Organisation (ISTO) informs its members and allies that it has received, on Friday 13 September 2024, the resignation of its President, Isabel Novoa, due to the closure of the company Novojet in which she was involved. Although the statutes allow her to continue in her position until 2026, Isabel has decided, for ethical reasons, to make her position available. Consequently, the Executive Committee has decided that Isabel will continue in office until the next elections, which will take place shortly and before the end of 2024.
