Professor in the Department of Urban and Tourism Studies at the School of Management Sciences of the Université du Québec à Montréal (Canada) and Doctor in Urban Studies from the same university, he is a member of several research units, including ISTO's Alliance for Training and Research in Social Tourism, the research and intervention group on tourism, territory and society (https://gritts.esg.uqam.ca/) and the Villes et régions du monde (http://www.vrm.ca/).
His research interests include the role technology plays in improving accessibility for people with disabilities, the governance of tourism territories and tourism events.
