In 2015, she joined Diesis as project manager, to follow activities on education and training, youth empowerment and equal opportunities. In the last years, she has been focusing on promoting fair treatment, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities at workplace by creating spaces for discussions, exchange of good practices, mutual learning, and cooperation. Before joining Diesis, she worked in education and training sector in Italy supporting social inclusion of disadvantaged people linked to the cooperative movement, social enterprises, and third sector. In the past, she has also been involved as trainer by the Italian Youth Council promoting youth empowerment, equal opportunities, and human rights.

Maurizio Davolio is the President of AITR, the Italian Association for Responsible Tourism.

He is vice president of ISTO, the international organization of social tourism. He is a member of the National Council for Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in Italy. He was a member of the examining commission of the city candidacies in the last editions of the two awards European capital of smart tourism and Eden as an expert in sustainability. Davolio has dedicated his entire professional life to tourism, in particular to cooperative tourism. For twenty years he was responsible for tourism for Legacoop and for the International Cooperative Alliance. He lectures and courses in various Italian universities, is the author of books and essays.

Mentor in Impact Evaluation (Specialization in Impact Evaluation Methodologies in Social Economy Organizations, by ISCTE), also has training in Management of Social Economy Entities. Joined the Entrepreneurship and Microcredit Banking Office of CRESAÇOR in February 2014. Alongside the tasks performed in this office he developed functions as Financial Manager being responsible for the financial and budgetary management of all the activity and projects developed by the institution, being responsible for the Administrative and Financial Team. In August 2022, by invitation of the Board of Directors, assumes the function of Technical Coordinator of CRESAÇOR's Insertion and Community Based Solidarity Economy Enterprises.

Vincent Bérubé studied for a Master's degree in Architecture and a Master's degree in International Relations at Laval University in Quebec City. He has specialized in youth tourism development for over 30 years in Canada and Europe.

He is the Manager of the Rivière-du-Loup International Hostel and the Maison de la Pointe Sèche in the Kamouraska region, the Vice-President of the St. Lawrence Youth Hostels, Réseau d'Auberges Saintlo and the Director of the Quebec Tourism Industry Corporation (CITQ). He is also a consultant in quality standards, architectural restoration, builder, specialized in heritage materials.

He holds a professional degree in cultural heritage management with a conservation option and a master’s degree in history of civilisation and cultural development. He is a researcher at the University of Douala in the laboratory of history and science of heritage. Professionally, Gamaliel NJOYA NTIECHE is curator at the Royal Museum of Batoufam, in charge of communication for the Batoufam Tourism and Leisure Association and a member of the ISTO coordination committee, Africa section.
