IMPLAN Los Cabos is a decentralised public organism of the municipality of Los Cabos, located in Baja California Sur, Mexico. Its objective is to implement local development planning, particularly in areas such as territorial planning, urban development, mobility, sustainable tourism, infrastructure, housing and climate change. For the achievement of its goals, it engages in permanent participatory and collaborative processes with public, social, private and academic actors.
