The Bolivian Network of Solidarity and Community Tourism, Red TUSOCO, created in 2006, is a private non-profit organisation that supports different rural community tourism initiatives in Bolivia, upon solidarity and community principles. TUSOCO's main activities fall within the following objectives: strengthening rural and indigenous community tourism initiatives, supporting the process of self-management with a focus on solidarity economy, improving the quality of its members' services (lodging, food, guides, etc.), promoting the members' tourism products commercialisation and this, through its tour operator (TUSOCO Viajes), the representation of its members and the lobbies before different public authorities.
