Created in 1947, the Neutral Mutuality's' insurance system is the oldest mutual Belgian organisation. It is made up of 7 Confederations grouped together under the appellation of the National Union of Neutral Mutuality, better known under the name of "Neutral Mutuality". Their holiday centres Monts-des-Pins, Monts-des-Dunes and Neutralia have a varied offer of activities ranging from the Ardennes to the coast. The three holiday centres of Neutral Mutuality are managed by the association "Fraternité asbl".
At the instigation of Neutral Mutuality and regional authorities, they search to provide for everyone an optimum accessibility and a maximum of comfort, independently of means, social status, health, etc. In collaboration with the "Walloon Region", "Toerisme Vlaanderen" and under the flag of social tourism, the neutral mutuality offer accessible holidays for all. Two organisations "Horizons Jeunesse" and "Jeugdtip" organise every year holidays for young affiliated members aged from 6 to 18 years old.
Horizons Jeunesse was created on the initiative of the French-speaking Neutral Mutuality in 1995. Jeugdtip is the youth service of the Flemish Neutral mutuality.
As a recognised national organisation working with youth, they want to unite children and teenagers to allow to bloom within a dynamic group.
