where he holds a BA in Tourism Management and a Master degree in Political Sciences – International Relations. Active within ISTO since 1994, Mr. Bélanger started as Director for the American Branch in Montreal (1994-1998) and in Mexico (1998-2002). Since September 2002, he is based in Brussels as Director of ISTO. Within his functions, he has developed partnerships with European and International institutions, organized world conferences, participated in European projects, and worked with different organizations represented within ISTO such as national tourism administrations, local and regional authorities, associations, operators, trade unions and academic institutions.

Leading and managing the consolidation and promotion of tourist destinations, the recovery of archaeological cultural heritage in various areas of the country and promoting and disseminating ancient and contemporary Peruvian art. She was Executive Director of the Cultural Patronage of Peru, Project Manager of the Wiese Foundation, Deputy Director of Tourism Promotion of the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for exports and tourism - PROMPERU, this being the last position in her career in this institution. She was also Head of International Events at the Peruvian Tourism Promotion Fund - FOPTUR.
