The next ISTO World Congress, scheduled to take place in October 2020 in Lima, Peru, will be held virtually from 21-23 April 2021.
This decision, taken jointly by representatives of ISTO and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) of Peru, takes into account the international context and the many constraints surrounding the organization of events with several participants.
The congress, which will be based on a virtual platform, will offer a variety of plenary sessions and workshops with simultaneous interpretation, as well as networking sessions that will allow participants from many countries to learn, exchange and get to know each other.
This will be a first in the history of ISTO, which wishes to ensure that this congress can be a real showcase to highlight its know-how and that of its members and thus strengthen the development of Fair and Sustainable Tourism for All.
